CLM is a Value Added Distributor focused in two major fields: Web Marketing and Risk and Information Security. These solutions are composed of a variable mixture of software, hardware products and service, depending on the customer's needs.

CLM is based in the São Paulo Metropolitan Area, the most important city of South America. To reach the immense Brazilian territory, CLM has developed a network of VARs in several geographic regions and also in different vertical markets. For historical reasons, Brazilian import laws and regulations are extremely complex. During the past decades we have acquired the necessary expertise to handle software and hardware imports.

CLM's experience has shown that training is a major component in the introduction of a new technology or product. Our training facilities are constantly being updated to provide the best support for our VARs and end-users.

CLM offers only state-of-the-art technology solutions. The company commits itself to always keep these products and services up-to-date, protecting the customer's investment in an area where obsolescence is a constant threat.

CLM RESPONSABILITIES AND COMMITMENTS
CLM will represent its partners within the assigned territories under the terms and conditions of the negotiated agreement. CLM's responsibility include the selection and signing of resellers, direct sales to cover/address mutually agreed markets/market segments, marketing activities and support assistance for the end-users and resellers in technical and commercial issues.

Milestones
April 1990: IFS - Comércio, Serviços e Informatica Ltda was founded as a subsidiary of Banco Sogeral S/A (the French bank Societe Generale, in Brazil).

September 1993: IFS Comércio, Serviços Ltda. changes its name to CLM INFORMÁTICA Ltda, after a management buy-out.
CLM focus on the corporate market (medium to large sized companies), providing hardware, software and services, network projects, cabling, network administration, help-desk and hardware maintenance nationwide.

October 1999:The Distribution business unit was created.
CLM is a 50+ people company. Its technical core team has many consultants trained in the US and Europe.
Due to its personalized servicing, CLM has a respectable number of loyal customers who are leaders in their respective fields of internet.
